Trigger Point Therapy System:  Oh, you're gonna love it...and hate it. Called myofascial release by some, and cruel & beloved torture by others, this system will help you discover and remedy muscle tightness that may be contributing toward back, knee, hip, or plantar fascitis (bottom of the foot) pain. A MUST for all people everywhere!

Fit Book:  By far the best looking and easy to use fitness journal I've seen. Write down your 12-week plan of attack, then keep a record of your workouts, food intake, and progress. You consume less calories & reach your goals significantly faster just by keeping a journal, and this one is tops!

e3 Grips:  Wow... prepare to be amazed. These little grips don't look like much, but the way they align your body to recruit core musculature will revolutionize your walks, runs, and overall training. Truly fantastic! Click here for more information on the science behind these grips.

Happy Feet:  The name pretty well sums it up... These fluid-filled insoles massage your feet as you walk and soothe a number of foot, back, and circulation problems. Delicious to the foot, they can be used in all types of shoes, even flip flops!

TRX System:  Fitness Anywhere. Probably one of the easiest pieces of equipment to carry with you, and one of the most challenging, fun, and effective workouts. Good stuff. Use it during Fit Camp and then buy your own here.
