Without a doubt, whole-food nutrition is optimal--obtaining essential nutrients from high-quality food sources, primarily a large variety of vegetables & fruit, grains, beans, legumes, etc.

Because life can make it difficult to nearly-impossible to obtain all of the nutrients you need in correct quantities & ratios, here are a few basic suggestions for supplements, depending on your goal (Note: you can purchase all of these through my nutrition website  unless specified):


ENERGY:  Spark--love it, love it, love it. Great sense of energy without a spike and burn.  Don't hate me, but this one could be worth replacing your coffee & pop! Purchase here.

ANTIOXIDANT: Good for your brain, your skin, your eyes, etc. Yep, you guessed it--MonaVie.
