10/10/08: Framing of interior walls has begun!

11/25/08: Walls are drywalled, working on plumbing for bathrooms & shower.

12/2008: Paint is on--wowee... pretty!

1/29/09: Well, guess it will be next month before we open. Right now we are almost finished with flooring, a/c, the walkway connecting the two suites, and miscellaneous work. Yet to be done: glass & mirror work, shower, baseboards, and touch-up. Whew...

3/2/09: We have moved all classes to our gym location! Now we need  to finalize logistics to start offering memberships & become a 24-hour facility... 

8/30/09: Well folks, it looks like we will be opening our doors as a 24-hour membership based gym right after Labor Day! Send me an email to be one of the first to know!
